Directions to Carolina Performance

Carolina Performance’s offices are open at 8300 Health Park

Directions from I-440:

Take Exit 8B (Six Forks Road North/North Hills exit)
Go 4.4 miles north on Six Forks Road
Make a LEFT on Forum Drive at the light (At that light, you’ll see the Colonnade and Whole Foods on the right and a Chick-fil-A on the left. Forum Drive is one block south of Strickland Road.)
Go 0.5 miles on Forum Drive (Pass the movie theater on the right.)
Make a LEFT into the 8300 Health Park parking area
Make an immediate LEFT into the parking deck
Make the second right (The first right takes you down a level.)
Park near the building
Enter through the double glass doors (Side entrance)
Carolina Performance is the first practice on the left — Suite 201 (Next to the hanging rock sculptures.)

Take the Six Forks Road Exit SOUTH
Go 0.9 miles South on Six Forks Road
Pass through Strickland Road and at the next light make a RIGHT on Forum Drive (At that light, you’ll see the Colonnade and Whole Foods on the left and a Chick-fil-A on the right.)
Go 0.5 miles on Forum Drive (Pass the movie theater on the right.)
Make a LEFT into the 8300 Health Park parking area
Make an immediate LEFT into the parking deck
Make the second right (The first right takes you down a level.)
Park near the building
