I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Additions Specialist with over 14 years experience. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is fundamental for growth and should be based on trust. Counseling works best when we work together as a team to develop goals that meet your needs. The treatment approaches I use include cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing in an individual session format.

My counseling career began while on active duty in the Navy working with addictions. I have continued working with diverse populations in the community setting and schools over the past 10 years, and currently work with children, adolescents, and adults who experience a wide range psychiatric disorders.

I received a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois and an M.Ed. in Guidance and Counselor Education from Providence College.

$165 Clinical Intake; $135 Clinical Hour (50 min); $70 Brief Session (30 min)

24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid the full fee charge for missed or cancelled appointments.

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Patients are welcome to contact their insurance provider regarding the reimbursement procedure for out-of-network benefits for all other insurances.
