Dr. Cari DeCandia is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant whose mission is to provide world-class mental skills training to athletes, executives, and teams in order to help them reach new levels of success, however they define it.
Dr. DeCandia has worked with athletes in both individual and team sports including golf, tennis, gymnastics, Olympic lifting, swimming, basketball, baseball and lacrosse. As a former Division 1 athlete, she understands the commitment and focus needed to perform at a high level and loves working with athletes who are pushing themselves to realize their potential.
Utilizing her 17+ years of experience in the corporate world, she also specializes in helping business professionals and teams to consistently perform at their best and developing their skills in areas such as leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, team culture and cohesion, and team performance.
Dr. DeCandia believes that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to mental skills training and is committed to providing unique programs specific to the needs of her clients using evidence- based strategies that have shown to improve client outcomes. She is also committed to empowering her clients with the tools, training, and knowledge they need to perform optimally day in and day out.
