My intention is to help my clients lean in and experience life to the fullest; many times this can be difficult when we identify too strongly with our mind. Evidence has demonstrated that optimal treatment includes a combination of medications (when indicated) and therapy. I prefer to collaboratively work with clients to develop an individualized treatment plan.
If you are interested in my services, please leave a voicemail at the extension above with your availability for a brief screening questionnaire via phone. Please keep in mind that this does not establish a treatment relationship and will help determine whether my services would be appropriate for your care. If we mutually determine that I may be of help in this practice setting, we can proceed to schedule an initial visit, which will need to be in person (with COVID precautions). After the initial visit, I may provide telehealth visits on a case by case basis.
